Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew at the end of each Subscription period, unless you cancel your Subscription, or we otherwise terminate your account. To use the Subscription service, you must provide one or more payment methods. You authorize us to charge any payment method associated with your account where your primary payment method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your Subscription fee. You can update your payment method(s) at any time, by going to your account page.
- We require a minimum of 2 billing cycles before we can cancel your subscription.
- All subscription orders are non-refundable and we do not offer exchanges unless the return is a result of our error.
- Subscription cancelation must be submitted 7 days prior to your next billing cycle to cancel your next scheduled order.
- Cancelling subscription does not provide you a refund for payments already processed, nor does it stop a pending charge.
- Your cancellation will go into effect the following billing cycle. All subscription orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Subscriptions are set for a minimum of two (2) deliveries before you are able to cancel. Once your 2nd cycle minimum has been completed, we are happy to cancel any individual subscription order for you, provided the request is received at least 7 days prior to your order being processed.
The Subscription fee for the Subscription service and any other charges you may incur in connection with the Subscription service, such as taxes and shipping fees, will be charged to your payment method on the specific payment date indicated on your account page. The length of your Subscription period will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you signed up for the Subscription service.
We reserve the right to change our Subscription plans, or adjust pricing for any Subscription product, in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Subscription Terms, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.
There is never an obligation to purchase additional products and you always have complete freedom to change your Subscription product selections or shipping frequency. You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the applicable Subscription billing date indicated on your Account page. To cancel, log into your account, select “Subscriptions” and the click “Cancel” next to the Subscription you wish to cancel. You may also email us at email@example.com indicating you wish to cancel your Subscription, and follow the instructions given.

You can change your delivery address in the to My Account, Manager Subscription, Subscription, Edit.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time once your 2 cycle minimum has been completed by logging into your subscription account or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and requesting a cancellation. However, please note that if it is within 7 days of your next billing date it is too late to cancel your next order. Therefore we will bill and ship your next order but every subsequent order after that will be cancelled.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription in the My Account section of our website. Please note: if it is within 48 hours of your next billing date it is too late to pause your next order. Therefore, we will bill and ship your next order but every subsequent order after than will be paused.
Can I schedule the delivery?
No, it is not possible to schedule your delivery. Your order will be shipped on the calendar date that you originally ordered and delivery time may vary month on month.
How can I add/change products in my subscription products?
It is possible to change your subscription products or add more products to your subscription. Go to your Account, “Manager Subscription”.
How do I apply a promo code to my subscription?
You can benefit of 20% discount with our subscription. Unfortunately, this cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.
How to cancel and refund an order?
Please note, all subscription orders are non-refundable and we do not offer exchanges subject to our Return Policy
