Return Policy

At NeoCurly, we stand by the quality of our products and we hope you will love every item(s) you purchase from us. As of June 1st, 2021, changes have been made to our Returns Policy. For sanitary health concerns, NeoCurly will no longer accept returns on the following items; Combs, Brushes, Claw & Clips, Bonnets, Scarves, Caps, Scrunchies, Headbands & Hydro Bottles

But if for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, then you may request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, email us at customercare@neocurly.com. Remember to include your order number in the email subject line and state your reason for requesting the refund and in most cases, subject to our refund guidelines described below, these requests will be honored.

NeoCurly reserves the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse/abuse our return/refund policy.

Return/Exchange Periods
We will only accept returns on sealed packages and within the first 15 days after purchase. 

Return Shipping Label
WE DO NOT provide return shipping labels unless the said item(s)/return was as a result of our error.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
We provide shipping insurance, via Route Package Protection on all orders placed through our website against damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. Please contact customercare@neocurly.com, and we will file a claim on your behalf. Please note, this may take 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier.

The Return Process
WE DO NOT issue return postage or labels. To expedite the handling of your return, please ensure that the Return Authorization Form is properly completed and included with your return. To mail the return to us, you may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Once your return is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Once your return has been processed, a refund may take up to 3-5 days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Can I Return Merchandise
Yes, BUT Items must be in original selling condition (NEW, UNOPENED, UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND UNALTERED) and in its original packaging with tags attached to be considered for return. Any item merchandise that appears used will not be accepted. We do not provide return shipping labels unless an item has come damaged or by mistake.

Missing Item
We provide shipping insurance, via Route Package Protection on all orders placed through our website against damage, loss, or theft. If you receive an incomplete order, or your package never arrived, please email customercare@neocurly.cominclude your order number. If we're unable to locate the items/order, we'll issue a free replacement order or a full refund.

Are Shipping Charges Refundable?
NO, unless the return was the result of our error. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the currier.

When Will I Get My Refund?
Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of your returned package for your return credit to be processed. A confirmation email with your refund details will be sent to you. Please note, Refund may take 3-5 days for the funds to post to your account depending on your banking institution. NeoCurly reserves the right to verify any refund requests and request a return of the products you purchased.
