Returns and Exchanges Policy

At NEOCURLY, we stand by the quality of our products with confidence and we hope you will love every item(s) you purchase, If for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make sure the return is as painless as possible. We offer easy returns and exchanges. This option is only available to customers within the 48 contiguous United States. Refunds are processed based on the original form of payment within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase.

Neocurly Return Policy 
You may return or exchange your item(s) for any reason within 15 days of purchase if the original purchase was made on neocurly.com. Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure expeditious delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post.

Request a Return Authorization by emailing us at customercare@neocurly.com with your order number, the name of the item you would like to return, and the reason why the item did not work out. If you miss the 15-day cut-off, NEOCURLY honor store credit up to 60 days from the purchase date. Simply package your order with the invoice and reason for return, and ship to our Order returns center.

Please note that shipping charges, taxes and duties are non-refundable on all orders except for defective and/or damaged items. Once we receive your return, our team will assess and process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow a maximum of 15 business days for processing. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and will be reflected on your statement in 7-10 business days. Please note that any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Promotional sets and kits are only eligible for returns or exchanges if all of the pieces in the set are included in the return. Returns received that are not in compliance with our return policies will be held, and our Customer Service team will reach out via the email to resolve any discrepancies. If our team doesn’t receive a response in 7 business days, it’s up to our discretion to issue full or partial store credit. If your product arrives in damaged and unusable condition, please email customercare@neocurly.com with your order number and a picture(s) verifying the damage.

Items Not Eligible For Returns

Last Call or Discontinued Items
All products marked “Last Call” or “Final Sale” means no returns or exchanges. Items purchased on sale, during a promotion, or with a discount code are final sale. No Returns. No refunds.
All final sale items will have a disclaimer!

Gift Sets Partial Returns
We do not allow partial returns on Gift Sets offered at a promotional price.
If you'd like to return a gift set, or any other special offer sold as a set, we ask that you kindly return the set as a whole.
If you receive a gift set that is damaged or incomplete, our Customer Service team will be happy to help!

Free Gifts And Gifts With Purchase
All "Gifts with Purchase" are non-refundable and ineligible for cash-value.
If you return your entire order, we ask that you also include any promotional items that were added to your cart for free (Free Gifts and Gifts with Purchase)

Used/Empty Products
We Only accept returns on new and gently used products.
We do NOT accept returns and exchanges for products that are more than half used.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that’s been damaged in transit or is defective, we’re happy to offer free replacements. Please contact us upon receipt. In order to receive a replacement, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of receiving your product to request an exchange for the same item.

Damaged Item
We offer free replacements for products that were received damaged or defective. Please contact us at customercare@neocurly.com upon receipt. In order to receive a replacement, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of receiving your product to request an exchange for the same item and include:
  • Order number
  • Picture(s) of the damage or defect
  • Description of the damage or defect
Our Quality Assurance team will review the image/description of the damage and set up a prompt replacement order.

Missing Item

If you receive an incomplete order, or your package never arrived, please email customercare@neocurly.com and include your order number. If we're unable to locate the order, we'll issue a free replacement order or a full refund.

Are Shipping Charges Refundable?

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was the result of our error.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of your returned package for your return credit to be processed. A confirmation email with your refund details will be sent to you. Please note, Refund may take 3-5 days for the funds to post to your account depending on your banking institution.
