Anyone with an account, and has logged in by clicking the login button, is automatically enrolled.
How Do I Earn Points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities including creating an account, making purchases, following us on social media and referring friends.
To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu.
Any Limits To How Many Points I Can Earn?
No, there is no limit to how much you can earn or redeem. Feel free to participate as much as you want and earn as much as you want.
How Does The Refer A Friend Program Work?
Share your unique link with a friend. When you refer a friend, you’ll get 200 points when your friend makes a purchase.
Do I Get Points For Writing A Review?
Yes - After making an online purchase, you will receive a product review email within 10 days.
Responding to the product review email, points will be attributed to your account. Excludes reviews left on site. Reward points are automatically added to your Neocurly account when your review is approved and posted on our site. Each product page on www.neocurly.com has a link to write a review. Just write and submit your review, and we'll do the rest!
Do I Get Points For Following On Social Media?
Yes - Simply log into your account. Go to the earn reward dashboard and click on any of the social media outlets you wish to follow and login to that platform and like or follow #neocurlyproducts. If you already follow is simply unfollow then follow again so you get points for the action.
Why Did My Account Balance Go Down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
How Do I Check My Points Balance?
Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the top of this page or on your Account page when you are logged in.
How Long Will It Take For Points To Post To My Account?
You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!
Do My Points Expire?
Nope! - Your points will never expire.
