Where Are The Products Manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured here in the USA.
There are a few product categories that we've decided to manufacture abroad since we've found the production quality for those items are superior at other manufacturers.
These products include; head scarves, hair combs, hair ties and most other accessories.
Are Products Tested On Animals?
The short answer is no, NeoCurly is a Cruelty-free Beauty Brand.
We never test our raw ingredients or formulas on animals

Animal testing at any stage, from ingredients procurement to distribution, is never permitted.
Are Your Products Tear-free?
No, our products are not tear-free.
How Do I Know When My Product Is Expired?
Our products have an average un-opened shelf life of 3 years from the date of production.
Once opened, they have an average Period After Opening of 6-18 months.
You can check the product detail tab indicating the number of months that you should use your product for, before tossing it out.

Please locate your lot number/code on the bottle or bottle/jar of your product, It's usually a 5-digit numbers on the bottom.
Are Your Products Color Safe?
Yes! All of our products are safe on color treated hair.
All of our products have a gentle pH range of 4.5 - 7.0 and free of any sulfates like ALS and SLS which are responsible for fading hair color fast.

Do You Have Parabens In Your Products?
We do not include parabens in any of our formulations.
Are your products organic?
Most of our product contain organic ingredients, however, none of our products are certified organic.
Are Your Products 100% Natural?
NEOCURLY uses many ingredients that are 100% natural, naturally derived and certified organic, but we also use some SAFE synthetic ingredients.
We have extremely high standards when it comes to ingredient sourcing. We test for purity to ensure our ingredients are free from environmental pollutants, toxins, and synthetic pesticides. Our aim is to use the highest amount of naturally-derived ingredients in every product without sacrificing product performance, however, to ensure product shelf life, product efficacy, and product stability, a small percentage of some of our ingredients are non-natural ingredients.
All of our non-natural ingredients are deemed safe and non-toxic by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) and are only used to ensure the utmost product quality and performance.
Are NeoCurly Products Safe During Pregnancy?
We have formulated our products to be as safe to use during pregnancy as possible.
However, some of our products do contain essentials oils coming from our 100% natural fresh petals and fragrance blends, most of them in infinitely small quantity. Please let us know which product you are interested in and we will provide the exact breakdown of allergens contained in the formula so that you can check with your physician/doctor if you are concerned
The Fragrance on All NeoCurly Products Ingredients Lists - Is This Natural?
Yes! We only use 100% natural fragrance or essential oil blends in our products. A blend of essential oils, fresh petals physically extracted by steam or cold pressing from plants (almost always organically grown), not chemically altered from their natural state or derived with solvents.
What's the Difference Cruelty Free and Vegan?
The terms are used interchangeably, but mean different things.
CRUELTY-FREE means that the ingredients, components and final product have not been tested on animals. The reference is to the testing process, not the ingredients, which means it is possible for a cruelty-free product to contain non-vegan ingredients, such as honey, beeswax, keratin, amino acids, biotin, glycerine, lanolin, collagen, albumen, caseinate, carmine, cholesterol, gelatin, silk-protein, squalene, stearic acid, and many others.
Cruelty-free products are not always vegan.
VEGAN means that a product does not contain any animal products or animal-derived ingredients. It describes the ingredients, rather than the production process.

Not at the moment, but our products are formulated in line with recognized organic standards.
