How Do I Add/Update My Billing/Shipping Information?
Log into your account and click on your name at the top right hand corner.
Click my account.
Click “address book”.
Add, edit or delete your Billing/Shipping address. You can also set an address as your default.

How Do I Change My Email?
Log into your account and click on your name at the top right hand corner.
Click my account.
Click “account information” from the menu.
Type in your new email address and click save.

How Do I Change My Password?
Log into your account.
Click my account on the top right hand corner.
Click “account information” from the menu.
Select “change password” to set up a new password.

How Do I Reset My Password?
Visit the Forgot my password link at login.
Enter your email address to receive a link to reset your password.
You will receive a link to reset your password.


Why Is My Order On Hold?

If your order status appears as “on hold” on your order page, this means we need to verify some of your order details. Don’t panic – this is a standard security procedure that we have in place at NeoCurly and could happen to anyone. Please check the email address associated with your order and open the message from NeoCurly.
Once we verify your details, your order will ship!

My Promo Code Is Not Working.

If your promo code isn't working, try these troubleshooting steps.

  • Some of our promotions only apply to specific products, sizes, or must meet a min purchase amount. Please check the restrictions of the promotion code.
  • Most promotions have an expiration date - Make sure you check the details of the promo code to see if it’s still valid.
  • Some promo codes require you to be logged into your account - Use your account email address and password to log into your account.
  • Clear the browser cache - Clear the Cache and Cookies in your browser to remove old promotion codes that might be saved.
