Job Title: Photographer

Classification: Contract to Full Time

Report To: Creative Team

Location: Remote & Occasional In-house Shoots (Richardson Texas)

Qualifications: Products On White Photography, Filming, Photo editing, Adobe after Effects, Communication skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Photography: Shoot content for social channels, specially Digital Assets and Digital Posts, Instagram, Facebook Stories, and Social Feed Posts with quick turnaround time

Videography: Will produce any short form video content (Instagram, Facebook Stories, and Digital Assets etc.) for social channels.

Editing: Will collaborate with remote and in-house creative team on retouching, video editing process and help finalize content for all social channel calendars.

Job Title: Customer Care Specialist

Classification: Contract to Full Time

Report To: Office Manager

Location: Richardson Texas

Answer all incoming customer requests
Categorize, update all emails
Call abandoned carts checkouts
Be available for customer chat feature during work hours.
Forward/tag important email communications to customer service manager
Adhere to company policies and procedures while driving efficiencies and profitability
